What is the current status of inter-provincial travel in Thailand for a trip from BKK to Chonburi?

I took a minivan from mochit to chonburi city 5 days ago. Normal covid19 check ins with name and phone number (qr code or manual list) and fever measurements was in place in mochit end. Zero checkpoints, check ins or checking for travel documents after leaving from Mochit. And nothing when reaching Chonburi either.
