Foreigners or Thais. It doesn't matter. Everyone has been scammed on a daily basis. You can call your bank and put a immediate freeze on that person bank account. Its the new Thai Cybercrime law. Just call your Thai bank. And then proceed to the police station with evidence. In that order.
