I am planning on going to Vietnam by air. Then coming back also by air. (If that doesn’t complicate things too much)

On the non-b topic. Even if I resign and I am in bad standing with my employer (I am a teacher) as long as I cancel my work permit there is no risk or way for my employer to cancel the visa? It sounds like I may be safer staying in the country after I resign taking care of what I need to do then heading home.
