I went to Muang Thong Thani immigration today with my Passport, Tm6, completed TM47 form my EMS receipt and a photo of the EMS tracking page on my phone. There was no problem at all. I briefly explained the situation to the immigration officer and she took the EMS receipt, my passport and the TM47 form, looked up my records on the computer and issued me with a new receipt of notification.

Okay Tod, Thank you. I really want to avoid going into their office. I've always done it online before with no problems. Why they can't get the website up and running again is beyond me. These people are so inefficient sometimes.

Thank you both for your replies. I take it if the worst comes to the worst and a 90 day receipt is not received, providing you can show the EMS receipt, they will not fine you?
