What should I do if I haven't received my 90-day report receipt after sending it by registered post?

Hello, I sent in my 90 day report 15 days before it was due by EMS registered post. I included a 10 baht stamped address envelope. It was received the day after posting.

My 90 day report was due yesterday on the 15th March, but I haven't heard back from them. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user sent their 90-day report via EMS registered post but has not yet received the receipt, which was due the day before. Community comments indicate that it typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive the 90-day receipt back, and it's important to keep tracking details as proof of submission. There's reassurance that having the EMS receipt should prevent any fines if the receipt is delayed.

Okay Tod, Thank you. I really want to avoid going into their office. I've always done it online before with no problems. Why they can't get the website up and running again is beyond me. These people are so inefficient sometimes.

I sure wouldn't even start worrying about it until after a month or more :P

Thank you both for your replies. I take it if the worst comes to the worst and a 90 day receipt is not received, providing you can show the EMS receipt, they will not fine you?

I got fined, showed them the EMS receipt, even had a copy of the paper they signed to say they received it, they lost it somewhere in their system, cost me 2000 baht fine, and a notation in my passport, so now do not trust them by mail in....

what office was that

? I've never seen that happen in Bangkok.

I know someone on my Soi who didn't get their 90 day slip back (it was during the protests when C/W was closed because of that renegade monk protesting in that area) and the next time their report was due (which they calculated from the date the EMS letter was signed for), they went in person and had no problem at all doing their next 90 day report without a fine.

Chris Royle. It's your evidence that you posted the report. But don't be concerned - you'll get it. Slightly different scenario, but I once waited seven weeks for a TM30 receipt.

Just ensure you keep the tracking details of when you posted it, as it can take time.

It is taking between 4 and 6 weeks to get the 90 day receipt back in the mail.

Remember we're still using Chaengwattana as the mailing address BUT they have the 90 day reporting office at MTT immigrations, so they lug the boxes of mail out there process them and then mail them back to people.
