Hi Boba, since you have already a multiple entry visa this year I recommend to ask the embassy or consulate which docs you will need. Renting contract or room booking confirmation and may be a flight ticket or ticket confirmation could be necessary. At least the consulate in Kota Bharu asked me for this 3 weeks ago. But it depends on the embassy or consulate where you apply. They decide their rules and requirements. A call before going to them could be helpful.
