today we canceled insurance and they said is a package with account and they will close account also but I signed only cancel insurance. We went immigration after and told them the story and they laughed a lot , told us to call Bank headquarters if they will do that because is not ok . We asked Krungsri also and they will open account for me very easy

Happened to me also yesterday Bangkok Bank Udon Thani , today my wife called to cancel insurance and they said they will close my account also , I will go there close and try another bank also thinking where I can make complain about this.
