No, when I entered the country I had a 90 day visa but was told I had to go to immigration at 60 days to extend it to 90.

I'm looking at my visa stamp now and I see that when I went to immigration to extend my visa for the last 30 days, which I was told I'd have to do when I entered the country, that the red stamp says I can stay until 2 March, which is a few days more than I needed. I'm confused because my 90 visa was issued on Nov. 15th. Is it possible I actually got 90 days from when I entered and not 90 days from when I applied for the visa?

The category is TR. I got the visa just to come to Thailand for 3 months to visit the country. Nothing else.
