Why is the KL embassy not accepting DTV visa applications?

SJ ******

there is bilateral agreement for visa fee exemption between two countries but Thai embassy Singapore said DTV is new and two countries need to discuss it again which will never happen. The worst thing is that Thai embassy Singapore doesn’t want to reach out MFA Thailand to ask about it.

That’s not true. Singapore embassy doesn’t accept Singapore citizens’ DTV application but only foreigners who have residency in Singapore.
