they weren’t that specific-just told me I couldn’t get the covid extension and to Change to 30 days-but yes that’s the upshot

I am going back today to Chiang Mai immigration to get 30 day tourist extension —so same office—after going on a planned 6 day trip to Chiang Saen area. I’d like to stay longer, but will new year. this time will get a visa in advance

ok thanks! I came here on a 30 day /visa exempt and just need a 30 day extension. Had requested a 60 day COVID (went a couple days before the deadline, which if I recall correctly was nov 26), but they told us to change to 30 day

James Miller sorry that was unclear-to clarify while at immigration we were able to get the TM30 completed, but there were so many people they stopped processing forms in the early afternoon-so we couldn’t compete the entire process and get the extension.
