Can I get 6 months METV visa if I already stayed 6 months in Thailand (not in a row)? I think it's possible. Regarding ED visa, it's expensive especially that I need to go back home every 3 months and it's not Multi Entry.

So you're saying it's not an option to get it twice a year right? but what about 3 months tourist visa + 6 months METV? can I do that? Regarding 3 months visa, I thought I can do several times tourist visa in a year: twice a year but not in a row meaning I will have to go to Laos/Malaysia/Vietnam/etc.
