Why was my Thailand Pass denied despite having uploaded the AQ Hotel booking confirmation from Agoda?

I booked with booking.com, it said in small print with thaipass dont get confirmation letter if booked with booking.com. i asked the hotel via message and they sent me confirmation letter.

No luck with any browser all up to date, javascript active as they recommend still only long stay visa in drop down menu kind of hit a brick wall

is shocking the online application very bad. Did you have to go into the embassy? Im away working in italy hoping i can do everything online. Or you have to suplly your documents in person or by post?

i had to make the documents smaller below 0.5mb the website crashed a few times when i was saving them, did work in the end.
