well I don't know about the bank statement information but the pay slip is like how many projects you have worked and done, get paid from the clients it might depend and vary from one another so I can't tell that certainly..

my works don't need to visit the properties. I think my job is solely on 3d visualisation of the room. So I got a floorplan and information details from my clients and I created a design based on that.
