My wife had an under consideration due to covid stamp and we went to muang thong Thani according to your advice, they gave her another stamp to complete the process and told us she can stay till July.

There was less than 5 people at immigration when we went.

I did my wife 2nd visa extension yesterday. They didn’t ask for the contract or photos of the house at all. They did try to ask for the embassy original letter but I told them they only email to us. They request me to show them the email on my mobile to verify the authenticity.
