A little problem is time; I am on Koh Phangan and the nearest office is Koh Samui which I head back to on Friday with my plane out on Sunday. I think Friday is the last day of my 30 day visa but it might be a bit of a push getting it done on the Friday. Do these things get processed quickly? i.e. same day. Is it really necessary to do? i.e. can I just pay a fine?
