What should I do if I received an error after submitting my 90-day report online in Thailand?

Some feedback. I did my 90 day report yesterday. Used Internet Explorer 11. At the end of the process when I submitted the report I received a message stating 'error'. However today I received an email notifying my 90 Day report has been approved. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes have already done, all approved with next reporting date.

then go back into the system use the green tab (check status) click personal information enter your DOB, passport and country it should bring up the 90 day report that says approved, click on the magnifying glass, open it up and select NEXT APPOINTMENT print and that will print the receipt you put in your passport
