Why is using Internet Explorer the best option for my 90-day report in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I tried to do my 90-day report online yesterday using iPhone Safari and Chrome, MacBook Safari and Chrome and Edge on a PC. Nothing worked. Couldn’t get past the first page.

I then downloaded Internet Explorer 10 and it worked absolutely fine.

Not sure if that is general knowledge but thought I’d share. Maybe it’ll help somebody.

Just a tip :

Sometimes when using an iphone to fill out online forms i discovered that sometimes i could not fill out a box or even select from a drop down menu unless i rotated the screen - meaning use iphone sideways and always have cookies and location services for google enabled especially for thailand.

This may not have been your issue but it may help someone who doesnt have a computer.

Thanks for sharing that, it’s very important information that government officials tend to overlook. Most gov websites don’t support Safari

If you are using a Mac you should be able to do it by using chrome as the browser. It worked for me.

It is common knowledge, but it is also good to remind people, as they forget. Thanks.

The newer browsers have pop up blockers and auto translate and stuff which messes with their system. Use private browsing or incognito mode to turn all that off and should work as long as your on the right time frame for online reporting.
