Is the Hull consulate in the UK closed, or are they just not answering phone calls?

Does anyone know if the Hull (UK) consulate is closed or are they just not taking phone calls.

The Hull office is a private company i believe. I do not think they are affiliated with the Thai consulate even though thier website looks official.

I’ve had emails back from London but it’s taken a while for them to respond - you just need to be patient.
