Can you buy a Condo, if you are a DTV VISA holder ?

Hi guys a quick question about investor visa.

I understand the visa needs at least 10 million baht asset from buying condo or bond, or fixed deposit account.

I have read some articles over the internet and cannot find the answer, does the condo part over cover brand new condos? Second hand condos aren't covered under this visa program?

Retirement visa

Hey all, I am a little foggy on the documents I would need in regards to proof of where I live when I apply for the retirement visa extension?

From my earlier post, the wife and I are in the process of buying a condo, and will live in it, but there is a good chance the name transfer will not all be completed by the time I need to apply for the retirement extension.

Any thoughts on my options? THX
