Hi, I was wondering what's the cost (roughly) for transfer of company or foreign ownership for a property? Say a condo worth around 2 million. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The transfer fee for property ownership in Thailand is generally 2% of the appraised value, which is typically shared equally between the buyer and seller. For a condo valued at 2 million THB, this would amount to about 40,000 THB, or 20,000 THB each. However, there is a temporary reduction in this fee to 0.01% due to recent changes.
