Should I check my bag or carry it on during my 12-hour layover in Seoul before going to Thailand?

Going to Thailand and have a 12 hour lay over in Seoul. I have a "Scotty" jacket thanks to Scott Jordan (it has a LOT of pockets) so I am carrying my meds, contacts, passport, credit cards, toothbrush, cell phone and charger and more. So my carry on is small but I do have that long lay over in Seoul. So do I check my 1 bag or do I carry it on?

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your 12-hour layover in Seoul while traveling to Thailand, you have the option to either check your bag or carry it on. The choice depends on the airline's baggage rules regarding weight and size, as well as your personal preferences regarding accessibility to your belongings during the layover.

Depends on the weight and size based on your airline's rules and how strict they are.

yea I checked going through custom's in Seattle you have to bring it with you so checked or carry on is a meh. I have a bag that will fit in the overhead and carry all my stuff so it's just a question of dealing with it in Seoul. All come down to how often Asiana looses bags.
