My question is what documents I need to arrange a multiple entry visa in Vientiane? 

I'm dutch and in Thailand on a free 30 day stamp received at the airport, and want to drive up to Laos to arrange a visa for 90 day's.

Just a hopefully-helpful heads up: Am in Vientiane for the same O visa I have had for 7 years as the sole custodial parent of a Thai child. The visa is never in question but THIS TIME they asked for my house lease documentation, which has never been required before.  Lucky it's all up to date, TM30d & legal & lucky I had it with me.  Best bring a copy with you, just in case.
