There are so many different informations about the documents that I need to go with. 

I would like to hear from people who have done it recently what exactly they have asked for.

EDIT: Ignore this post - the embassy's website was old, and (hopefully) taken down soon.

Just go by what it says at the embassy's website, and you'd be fine.
