That visa company has a full responsibility about customers. So, they should to organize all, include a queue online. Please ask them first.

 then as Robert Lagas suggested...get a new Tourist Visa at Vientiane.

BTW...there are many good teaching jobs appearing on several forums. Good Luck.

From the UK. I didn't renew my job as I didn't like the school. Now I only have a tourist visa but want to extend it. The online process is a bit confusing. I want to go to Laos in Feb.

Has your school still not provided you with your documents for a work permit. Its been several months.

On December 28th you posted:

"I was a teacher and had a non-b visa. I am currently waiting for a new non-b visa from my school but they said i should renew my tourist visa first. I have done this a few times this year but left thailand for 6 months. I arrived on a tourist visa 3 months ago and have to go to laos now. My question is if they dont give me a new tourist visa in laos will i be allowed to enter thailand because i need to rebook my flight and check out of my apartment. Thanks"

 But i heard from somebody .If you don;t have a visa you can't enter Thailand via Nongkhai immigration. So I thought the Visa Exempt Entry is by airplane.

 some passport holders can get a 30 day Visa Exempt Entry if they come to Thailand without a Visa. Check this list if your country is on it:

 where can I keep updated about the online application thing? The offical embassy site is all in Thai even if I change to english. I have to renew my tourist visa in Ventiane beginning of February.
