EDIT: Reapplied Wednesday last week in the same embassy and got approved today in the afternoon. So Hanoi did mine in 4 business days, no additional documents required.
Heya, I got rejected at Hanoi because I messed up some personal info. They said "Visa application cancelled, wrong personal info" and I realized I didn't put my current location in, just permanent home address, which were different in the documents.
Now I got everything else covered and checked, but I hear that I couldn't apply again at the same Embassy? Is that really a thing? There's no block on the website and nothing mentioned. I don't want to lose another $340 in case they just won't mention it.
I am in the situation where I did a mistake on my application for a Thai e visa ( non b visa ).
I have 2 options :
Option 1 : still going to ventiane to pay the fees and try to get the visa even if it might be denied/ rejected because of this mistake ( and loose then 200 e of flight tickets for nothing).
Option 2 : wait until the Thai e visa application online expires after 14 days for not paying the fees at the Ventiane embassy. Then do another Thai e visa application with no mistake. ( I'm just not sure, if they let you do another application after one that has expired )
Did any of these situations happened to anyone here and how did it go ?
I heard that some DTV applicants receive a rejection or cancellation email either immediately or within a day after paying the visa fee. The embassy doesn’t provide any reason for the rejection and doesn’t request any additional documents—just a simple rejection notice. Many applicants feel disappointed because they believe they submitted genuine information and fully complied with the visa application requirements. What major mistakes could lead to rejection in such cases?
Hi everyone. I made a DTV application yesterday and made a mistake in the application.first name and middle name changed places. Now they are in a different order than in the passport. and I went to submit it before I realized I made a mistake and would like to edit the application. Can someone tell me where to contact? Thanks in advance.
