I have a friend hoping to apply for a non based on marriage at Savannakhet next week. He and his wife live in Korat province in rented accomodation and have no housebook for his wife here.
Will be be able to apply using the landlord's housebook signed by landlord along with rental agreement, or will he have to get the housebook with his wife's name on it - her parents presumably?
Hi all, a question popped up in my mind. What things you all should arrange when you move to another province. Some visa related and some not really. Sorry for that but it's the whole package you have to deal with.
1. A year extension (retired) keeps valid I think. (former visa non imm o single entry)
2. Within 24 hours TM 30 and/or TM28 to the new immigation office or police. (if not in a hotel)
3. 90 day notification stays valid until next one to do in new immigation office or police ?
4. Do you need something to do in the 'old'/former immigration office ?
Did I forget something ?
Only related to the move
5. Drivers license still valid I guess ? 'old' address
is on the back.
6. A 'yellow housebook' looses its validity I guess ?
7. Pink ID Card also ? (mine is 'for life' it says)
8. Better to change address from your Thai bank(s)
( And ofcourse out of Thailand , your own country
address change bank, pensionfund, government businesses etc.)
