Anyone know the procedure to change from Blue Book to Yellow Book for the house we own? thanks

And also blue and yellow books are not Visa related. Visit the Amphur and they will tell you the requirements. I close the commenting.

I did it a decade ago so may have changed but best to ask at your local Amphur (Town Hall) as each is usually different. I do remember that the village head (poo Yai Baan) had to go with us and bring his blue book (as you have to do too). It’s wasn’t a ‘one time visit job’ but it might be easier now especially if the staff are used to dealing with the process.

A yellow book is nothing to do with the ownership of the house. It’s a form of identification for a foreigner stating where he/she lives. It is NOT a replacement for a Thai owners blue book.
