Does TH recognise domestic partners and issue them Non Immigrant O visas? For reference we are recognised legally in USA and in Singapore as Domestic Partners and Singapore even issued him a DP under my work visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Thailand does not recognize domestic partnerships, including those legally recognized in other countries such as the USA and Singapore. As a result, it does not issue Non Immigrant O visas specifically for domestic partners. However, if a couple has a child together, they may apply for a dependent visa. There may be alternative options for a domestic partner, such as applying for a 6-month METV through the Thai consulate in Singapore if they meet the requirements.

If you have that visa from Singapore your DP might be able to apply for the 6 month METV from the Thai consulate/Embassy there...that is if the DP meets all the requirements for the visa

However if you have a child together and they both wish to join you a dependent Visa may apply.
