If you are common law in your country, are you able to have your partner and dependants come to Thailand on the DTV visa? Or do you need to actually have a marriage certificate?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, obtaining a DTV visa typically requires proof of a marital relationship through a marriage certificate. Hence, if you are in a common law partnership, you may need to provide equivalent documentation or proof of your relationship to bring your partner and dependants. It's advisable to check with the Thai embassy or consulate for specific visa requirements related to your situation.
