Can common law partners and dependants apply for the DTV visa in Thailand without a marriage certificate?
If you are common law in your country, are you able to have your partner and dependants come to Thailand on the DTV visa? Or do you need to actually have a marriage certificate?

To get a marriage visa in Thailand you need the certificate so I would imagine you going to need proof you are hitched.
