TLDR : Answer Summary
A couple inquiring about tax implications after marriage mentioned that Germany and Thailand have a Double Taxation agreement. This means that they would only need to pay income tax in Germany on their German income and Thai Personal Income Tax (PIT) on income from Thai sources, with the option to file taxes as a couple in Thailand.

Thailand and Germany signed Double Taxation agreement. So you will pay Income tax in Germany only from German income and pay Thai PIT only from Income from Thailand sources. In Thailand you can pay PIT as a couple.

@Shashi *****
he has to pay in Germany tax from German income (from German sources), no need to show this income for taxation in Thailand.

In Thailand he has to show income From local sources only
