Do you think Thai immigration will be bothered if a family turns up with the parents holding Destination Visa approved passport stamps but the kids not on the DTV with them (meaning the kids will get visa on arrival)?

Hi, looking for some advice. I'm here with my 2 children doing voluntary work in chiang mai, we all participate and currently all have a non o volunteer visa. I've been trying to sort the work permit out for 5 weeks now and starting to get tired of all tooting and throwing. The last piece of paperwork they want they want the volunteer place has never provided for any other volunteer and so aren't. Immigration are trying to get me to swap visas or volunteer somewhere else which we don't want to do. Our visa expires 10th March. I was thinking about just crossing a border and re-entering on a tourist visa. What's best way to do this as we will def be here for another 3 months at least and current costs. . Also do I need to do for the children too they are 9 and 13 and would we be guaranteed reentry as changing visas? Trying to work out our best options. But really don't want to get stuck with 2 children.

I have 2 kids, 1 year old and 4 year old. Both US passports. Been in CM 6 months, neither have left. Husband potentially has work permit, kids & myself can go under his work permit. Currently myself & husband under tourist visas, kids have not left thailand since being here. Question - how to avoid paying overstay for kids when we all do the visa run for husbands Non-O visa?

Hello, I need some advice please, myself and my 10 year old daughter has a ED and NO visa that runs out on 20th August, I'm going back to Christmas in December and will renew both my NO visa and her ED visa then. But in the mean time I will do a visa run and get my last 3 months till November and than an extension till we leave,my question is what can I do for my daughter? Does she need to do a visa run or can I go to the immigration office and get and extension for her? I know she doesn't need to do a Visa run until she is 14? Any advise would be gratefully received 🙂 she has been invited to go ok holiday with friend and I don't want a problem at the boarder?
