Hi everyone, we are 2 employees , one with visa non-O, one with visa non-B. Both of us with one year extension. Unfortunately we’ve just passed the expiration date of the work permit but our visa is valid til mid of August. What are the best things to do at that stage? What about our visa? The person with the Non-O is in Thailand and the one with non-B is abroad. Thanks a lot for your help it’s extremely difficult to find good information on the Internet.
TLDR : Answer Summary
Two employees hold different visa types (Non-O and Non-B) with one-year extensions. They face challenges as their work permit has expired, although their visas are valid until mid-August. Guidance is sought regarding their next steps, considering one individual is in Thailand while the other is abroad.
