Hi guys, looking for suggestions. 

I hold Non-B (stamped in Cambodia and valid until July 04 and never yet extended). I have 2 questions;

-If I leave Thailand now without doing re-entry, will this Non-B be automatically cancelled. 

-I‘m leaving the job and want to cancel visa and work permit. I understood my company does it for me but I want to cancel it as fast as possible within a week or so. Can I just get documents from HR, go to Immigration and labor office and do cancellation by myself?

- Yes, just leave Thailand without a re-entry permit, your current entry stamp is no longer valid.

- You need to cancel your work permit, but you cannot your visa (or entry/first stamp from visa). Your single entry visa is "used" and the visa itself is not valid already.

But you need to cancel your work permit. If you can get the necessary documents from your employer, you can go to the labor office that issued your work permit to cancel it.

many thanks. So if I leave TH now with this visa stamp which is already used and not valid anymore, will it be a problem at immigration? I will leave before July 4th.

I’m sorry for asking a lot of questions. If I cancel it, can I still apply for 30 days tourist visa here? The stamp is the direct stamp and not extended yet. I’m worried I won’t make it to my partner’s surgery in early July.

No. NO tourism extension is available for any Non-immigrant type of visa entry or extension
