Hi guys, looking for suggestions.
I hold Non-B (stamped in Cambodia and valid until July 04 and never yet extended). I have 2 questions;
-If I leave Thailand now without doing re-entry, will this Non-B be automatically cancelled.
-I‘m leaving the job and want to cancel visa and work permit. I understood my company does it for me but I want to cancel it as fast as possible within a week or so. Can I just get documents from HR, go to Immigration and labor office and do cancellation by myself?
Many thanks!
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you leave Thailand without a re-entry permit, your Non-B visa will be automatically cancelled as your entry stamp becomes invalid. To cancel your work permit, you need to obtain the necessary documents from your HR department and then visit the labor office that issued your work permit. While you can cancel your work permit yourself, note that your visa cannot be cancelled separately since it is already considered used.
