Need Advice:

My husband cut his visa because he has new company. This is the latest stamp after he cancel his visa.

What is the best way to obtain a temporary visa. If, November 2nd week he surely had a visa. (We just need visa for only 5-6 weeks after amnesty).

PS: His work is not teaching related but a company.. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking advice on how to obtain a temporary visa for their husband after his prior visa was cut due to a new job. They mention needing the visa for 5-6 weeks post-amnesty, and inquire about options available. Responses from the community suggest that there are no temporary visas available in Thailand, emphasizing that the husband must leave the country if his visa has been revoked or canceled. Some advice includes considering a letter from the consulate and applying for an extension due to COVID-19.

Well, he's been on amnesty since he cancelled that extension back in July

About all you could do is get a letter from your consulate and apply for the 30 day unable to travel due to covid-19 extension.

Why can't he get a visa from the new company?

It looks like his job starts in early November, and the employer won't hire him early from September 27 until early November.

For my understanding (as seen on this page) Your husband working through the company with BOI condition. That means he is also holding Non-B visa and you as spouse holding Non-O following spouse.

If visa is revoked/cancelled/terminated ... Must leave the country, there is no sideway option for a temporary. Otherwise overstay acts will be charged.
