Hi, I have a non O visa through marriage from Savannakhet so I haven't been able to go out and I'm about to get hired to teach again. I've had a visit family extension already and now on amnesty so do you think Samut Prakan immigration will give me another one? Or also I do have a medical condition with my foot. Any ideas ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the possibility of obtaining another extension for a non O visa in Thailand based on marriage and a medical condition, highlighting previous extensions and current immigration status. Responses indicate that a second extension may not be granted based on previous family visits, but a medical extension could be possible if the user is under doctor care. Furthermore, they are informed about the possibility of applying for a one-year extension based on marriage if they can provide proof of income or sufficient bank balance.

Keep it simple, as you are married you can use that to get the Extension of Stay, you can use your income made as teaching English to meet the financial requirements
>I've had a visit family extension already and now on amnesty so do you think Samut Prakan immigration will give me another one?
Probably not. The immigration offices give out only one extension of stay based on visiting Thai family either per visa, or per entry stamp.
>Or also I do have a medical condition with my foot
You may be able to get a 30 day extension of stay based on medical reasons, however that's if you're under doctor care, and you can not physically fly out. Talk to your doctor.

What's your nationality? You may be able to get a "hard stamp" in your passport, which may be able to be converted to an extension of stay based on employment (which is what you want, right?).
I am on Non Immigrant O (thai children) and already apply for an extension 60 days who expired on May 2020 but I am actually on amnesty until 26 september ...just ask last week and they told me that I can not make an other 60 days extension but only to apply for a one year extension with the 400 K in the Thai Bank (probably no seasonning) ...
