TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned whether a new announcement about visa dates affecting extensions impacts their existing 60-day extension on a Non-O Visa, which was issued for visiting family. Based on responses, they were informed that the new announcement will not affect their extension as they already received the extension stamp.

You answered your own question. There is no way to move the date, you already got it moved from the 23 to the 27th (that's why your stamp ran out on the 26th of Nov) ;)

That next announcement you posted doesn't affect you because you already have an extension.

There is nothing else to apply for from the Non-O other than the yearly extension

and just so you're clear ALL extensions of stays (no matter the duration of time they're issued for) are 1900baht :)

That is something you need to talk to your immigration office about. There is a 60 day extension in the works but so far no one has applied for it or knows exactly what the requirements are

Go talk to your immigration office and see what they tell you,
