Can I apply for marriage visa from my country? If yes, then visa duration will be 3 months? And I have to show 400k in my country? Even after getting visa, do I need to show 400k in Thailand for extension? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a Non-O marriage visa from your home country. The initial visa typically has a 90-day duration. For the application, you need to show proof of income of at least 40,000 Baht per month, or have 400,000 Baht in a Thai bank account for the visa extension. After receiving the visa, the 400,000 Baht requirement must be maintained in Thailand for the visa extension.

Yes you can apply for a 90 days Non O visa based on being married to a Thai from your country. You can probably apply for the initial visa by proving income minimum 40K baht a month but you’ll need to prove 400K baht in a Thai bank account two months prior to your application for extension of stay in Thailand.
