My current extension will expire nov 28th

I made a transfer September 26th to bring bank account above 400,000 the

It shows on my statement 26th September at 7 pm

Now looking at updated bank book it shows up as September 27th

My question is will immigration accept the transaction date of 26th ? Or should I wait to the 27th to go to immigration to apply for extension?

I'm guessing the 27th but would appreciate any qualified advice from previous experiences!

Another question does immigration require updated photos each extension ๐Ÿค”

OK appreciate your response ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether immigration will accept a bank transaction date of September 26th for a visa extension, considering that their extension expires on November 28th. Responses indicate that immigration typically requires the transaction to show as completed in Thailand's records, which may mean using the date on the bank book (September 27th). Applicants are advised to apply after the full two-month seasoning period and are also told that requirements for updated photos can vary by local immigration offices.

Is this a marriage Visa?

they will NOT accept it on the 26th because it's 2 months DATE-TO-DATE

That means the first day you could even think to do the extension would be the 27th of Nov. They'll turn you away a day early.

it's when the transfer posted IN thailand and if the bank book shows the 27th that's the date you use.

I tell people that it's actually the day AFTER you hit the 2 month seasoning that's the first day you can apply (just to build in a buffer) BUT really it's 2 months date to date

Q. will immigration accept the transaction date of 26th ?

-> Maybe not. But no downside to try early. Some offices might accept your documents 1 or 2 days with additional conditions.

You have to have funds in a bank account for the "past" two months, so you go to the local immigration office on the 27th. There is still a possibility that they won't accept your application until the 28th, depending on how the record shows on bank transactions.

Q. does immigration require updated photos each extension ?

-> That depends on your local office. You are supposed to provide new photos for the application to show your marriage is de facto and de jure.

It'd vary by office how strict they are about photos. Some are not, and some check comparing previous photos.

There were reposts that new photos weren't accepted because happened to wear similar clothes as previous photos in some province. While others in other provinces have no problem using the same photos as before.
