Looking for some help regarding my non-o visa application.
I submitted a visa application last month and after 2 weeks I was asked for some more supporting documents, proof of address and proof of income.
I went down the route of no less than £1000 per month for the last 3 months which I submitted bank statements proving that
Now 3 days ago they have asked for the proof of funds again which I submitted and then again today they have asked for me to submit proof of funds once again.
Am I doing something wrong?
I saved my bank statements straight from my banking app to files on my iPhone and uploaded it to the visa application

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties with their Non-O visa application, specifically regarding repeated requests for proof of funds. After submission of bank statements showing over £1000 per month for the past three months, they have been asked multiple times for these documents. Community responses suggest that there might be issues with the number of files uploaded or the file format and size. It's also noted that meeting the financial requirements is essential, and it may help to clarify with the embassy if further problems persist.

You need an equivalent of 800,000 baht in your home bank account for last 3 months. That's why they ask for proof of finds. When you arrive in Thailand you need to transfer that 800,000 to a Thai bank
You said you saved the bank statements, plural, multiple, to your phone before uploading.
The e-visa system only allows you to upload ONE file per section. If you are trying to upload multiple files, you are just replacing the previous file with the new one, and only uploading ONE month of statements. You need to combine all of the PDFs into a single file before uploading, or you will not be showing them 3 full months as required.
when saving it to files on my iPhone from my banking app it saves to one file, when I open it on my iPhone I only open one file and the 3 months statements are there. Would this be classed as one file?
Adam Moreno Is this one file a jpeg or PDF? as these are the only files you can upload, and the monthly requirement is 65,000 baht (£1500) retirement, 40,000 baht (£1000) based on marriage to Thai citizen.
