Hi Group. I’ll be in Thailand for 25 days on a 45 day tourist visa, then considering going to Malaysia for 5 days. 

I’m Canadian

Going to fly Thai Airways out of  Suvarnabhumi Airport

When I come back to Thailand do I get another 45 day stamp?

You don't need a visa for 45 days. You are eligible for 45 days visa exempt currently. Note that day you arrive counts as day 1.

Yes you would get another 45 day stamp. Your existing stamp would be automatically cancelled as you left Thailand regardless that there were days “left” on it.
