TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are a Dutch passport holder visiting Thailand for tourism, you do not need a visa for your initial entry and will receive a 30-day visa exemption upon arrival. When you exit Thailand to visit Cambodia and then return to Thailand after five days, you will again receive a 30-day stamp at the airport. There's no need to apply for a visa in advance for your return, especially since you are traveling by air. Just ensure you have your onward or return ticket booked for your re-entry into Thailand.
There is no such thing as a 'tourist visa on entry'. What you mean is Visa Exempt. For Dutch people it is not a 'Visa on arrival'. Its complicated enough for some people so you might want to get the terminology correct.
fly in get free 30 day visa exempt< travel to Cambodia VOA $30
return to Thailand receive another free 30 day visa exempt
You MIGHT be asked when boarding for ur flight to Thailand for a return or onward ticket so book ur ticket to Siem Rep for within 30 days of ur arrival in Thailand.
No problem at all. You'll receive a new 30 day stamp when you return to Thailand.
Just take note that you can only enter Thailand at a land border, without a visa, 2 times per year. Since you are traveling by plane you do not need to worry about that though.
