TLDR : Answer Summary
The user's ability to re-enter Thailand after traveling to Malaysia and Singapore on a tourist visa largely depends on their recent travel history and how the Immigration Officer interprets their entry patterns. Given that they have been in Bangkok for 20 days, comments suggest that if they have not abused the tourist entry system and spend a few days outside Thailand, they should not face significant issues upon returning to Phuket.

If that's your only history you should be OK, particularly if you spend at least a few days outside the country.

Your tourist visa will be void if your from a country that gives an exempt entry stamp you’ll be given 30 days plus you can extend for 30 more at immigration for 1900 baht but it is up to the IO you get to allow or deny entry so if you haven’t abused the system you’ll be fine

Your recent history of staying in Thailand will determine whether the Immigration Officer sees you as potentially abusing the tourist entry system.
