Hey. I am currently on a NON B applying for work permit. My non b is valid until 8th July when I will need to get the extension to stay based on employment. I am hoping to fly back to England for 10 days in June coming back at the end of June while I'm still in non b. I'm aware I need to get a re entry permit but my question is will I have any problems with the extension to stay or work permit if I leave and come back so close to the end of my non b??

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently in Thailand on a NON B visa applying for a work permit, which is valid until July 8. They plan to travel to England for 10 days in June and are concerned about any issues with their extension to stay or work permit upon returning to Thailand shortly before their visa expires. Comments indicate that as long as a re-entry permit is obtained to maintain the visa status, there should be no problems regarding the work permit or extension.

you shouldn't have any problem as long as you have a re-entry permit to keep your stamp 'alive'.
