Hi Everyone,

I've a question regarding Visa Exemption:

I'm actually on NON B Single Entry, that it will expire on 10th April.

I've Work Permit valid until the end of the year.

I'm planning to stay 1 more month in Thailand, that mean until the 10th May.

After that holidays and back in Thailand in November with a new NON B Visa.

My questions are regarding Visa Exemption, and are:

- to get it, do I need just to exit and Reentry the country before of 10th April?

- with Visa Exemption and Work Permit, can I legally work ?

- if I use Visa Exemption, can I have a new NON B after that?

Thanks to all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to use a Visa Exemption while currently on a NON B Single Entry visa, which is expiring soon, and whether it will impact their work permit. They specifically want to know about the conditions for exiting and reentering Thailand, legality of working under Visa Exemption, and the process for obtaining a new NON B visa after using the exemption.

If you want a work permit when you return in November, youll need to reapply for one with your new B visa. They are linked to the visa/extension.
