I'm actually on NON B Single Entry, that it will expire on 10th April.
I've Work Permit valid until the end of the year.
I'm planning to stay 1 more month in Thailand, that mean until the 10th May.
After that holidays and back in Thailand in November with a new NON B Visa.
My questions are regarding Visa Exemption, and are:
- to get it, do I need just to exit and Reentry the country before of 10th April?
- with Visa Exemption and Work Permit, can I legally work ?
- if I use Visa Exemption, can I have a new NON B after that?
Thanks to all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the conditions for obtaining a Visa Exemption while currently on a NON B Single Entry visa expiring on April 10. They ask if exiting and re-entering Thailand before this date is sufficient, whether they can work under a Visa Exemption, and if they can apply for a new NON B visa afterward. Responses indicate that to obtain a Visa Exemption, exiting and re-entering before the expiration is needed, but working under this status is not permitted. Additionally, it's noted that they can apply for a NON B visa again after using the Visa Exemption.
The Non B visa is stamped used and invalid, you must have a new stamp with Admitted until 10 April 2020.
If you have a passport that is legit for the Visa Exempt Entry, you can cross a border, stamp out Thailand. stamp in/out neighbor country and back into Thailand with a new 30 day Visa Exempt Entry.
You can do this any time you like before 10th April.
No, you can not work as a Visa Exempt Entry is Employment Prohibited.
After your had a Visa Exempt Entry, you can apply again at a Thai Consulate or at your local Immigration for a new Non Immigrant B visa
