TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are planning to leave Thailand before your 90-day report is due, you do not need to file the report while you are away. Upon leaving Thailand, the 90-day counting resets upon your re-entry. Just ensure you have a re-entry stamp if you are on a Non-O visa.

You leave as planned when you return your visa in back to day 1 as you have done immigration at the airport.

If you leave Thailand 🇹🇭 before 90 day report you do nothing and on re÷entering Thailand the day you arrive resets your 90 day report. Don't forget to get a reentry stamp before you leave if you are on a Non o visa

A TM47 is how you report when you've been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. If you leave Thailand, you're not in Thailand for 90 consecutive days.
