I have a visa non B from Kota Baru Malaysia. On the sticker visa, the end of the visa is 9 October but the officer at the border stamp 8 October.

Do you think it will be considered overstay if I leave on the 9 ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about overstaying their Non-B visa after a border officer stamped their entry for one day earlier than the visa's expiration. Responses clarify that the entry stamp determines the stay duration, not the visa validity, indicating that leaving on the 9th would indeed result in a one-day overstay.

You're confusing the visa validity date with the permission to stay date. Leave on the 8th or you will be on overstay of 1 day. Best avoided but usually for 1 day overstay the fine is waved when flying out

A single entry Non-B is valid for 3 months, when you enter the country, you are stamped in for 90 days. You must have entered Thailand on the day of issue of the visa?

Yes, you will be overstay if you stay longer than your current entry stamp, even for 1 day. What let you stay inside Thailand legally is entry or permit-to-stay stamp, not the visa itself.
