TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (O/P) inquired about leaving Thailand on the last day of their visa extension, which permits them to stay until June 9th. Several comments clarified that while the visa is valid until June 8, the extension allows them to stay until 11:59 PM on June 9 without incurring an overstay. Commenters explained the difference between 'valid until' and the actual duration of stay granted by immigration, emphasizing that the O/P must exit before or precisely on June 9 to avoid penalties.

okay I think the O/P knows the difference now that a single entry tourist visa is VALID for 90 days <- meaning they have that long to enter thailand and get stamped in for 60 days (which they did) AND they know that the 30 day extension of stay stamp they got on that 60 day entry expires on 9th June <- meaning they have until 11:59PM that day to exit the country or be on overstay.
If you like to stay longer, you can apply for an Extension of Stay for another 30 days at local Immigration Office, these 30 days will than be added to your current Admitted to Stay. Cost is 1.900 Thb.
Valid until date on the visa means that you have to use this entrance ticket before or on that date. When you arrive the Immigration Officer at the checkpoint gives you an Admitted to Stay period depending on Visa and stamped you Visa as Used, so it become invalid. You are allowed to stay till midnight of the Admitted to Stay date.
