DTV rejected, reason : 

"Your visa application has been rejected. Passport expires on xx/xx/2027 Surname doesn't match the information on the passport."

Problem is, the surname, first name and middle names are exactly as on the passport. Also passport expiring in the end of 2027 should be fine, right ?

Only thing coming to my mind is that I had a tourist visa (approved) previously for which I didn't use my middle names. This time I used them because some people got refused for not using them.

Has anyone been in this situation ?

I want to apply again in another embassy but I am very confused on how to fill the form now.

My passport also expires on 2027, and they put a remarks on my dtv on that, literally says “this visa holder passport expires on 2027”

Now that you mentioned it. I went ahead and booked an appointment to have my passport updated. It's set to expire in 2027 as well and I don't want the possibility of getting denied or the hassle of applying for one from Thailand when it's time to renew.

No it cannot, the form uses month in letter format and day of expiration is over 13th

You sure your surname was correct? When you upload your passport bio page. It will overwrite anything you manually entered. Many examples of it messing up, changing o to 0 etc.

you may in Thailand all forms I’ve filled in at Immigration state last name first name then middle name

My passport says

first middle last name

Which obviously doesn’t match their forms

Yes i checked back all documents, the name on thaievisa website and it all match. That is very confusing 😩
