I'm hoping that this information will help save others some time and stress, I have just tried for a considerable time to process my Ninety Day Immigration Report Online using the Thai Immigration App (iOS & iPadOS Versions), attempted it on my mobile and tablet giving all correct information only to be told that there is an error and I should contact Administration. I switched to my Laptop using the Chrome Browser and it was accepted first attempt, the Immigration App now shows the 90 Day Online application and can be used to check the status. If anybody is using the Online Service themselves I would strongly recommend trying on the Web using Chrome first and NOT the App.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shares their experience trying to complete the 90-Day Immigration Report using the Thai Immigration App but faced errors. After switching to a laptop and using the Chrome browser, they successfully submitted the report. They recommend others use the web portal instead of the app for better success and provide links to the Immigration web portal and mobile applications.

i am trying to complete my online 90 day application, am i missing something here where it asks for arrival card information? Immigration keep this then staple a new departure card into your passport? can someone enlighten me?

i thought that may be the case but never done it online, cheers

news flash there Keith it's actually an "arrival/departure card <- it's a TWO piece card.

You want the two letters and 5 numbers by the bar code on your departure card part.
